No pets of any kind are allowed at the property, including visiting pets and pets left in vehicles. This policy helps us maintain a clean and allergy-friendly environment for all guests.
Service or assistance animals are permitted with advance notice. A refundable $300 deposit may apply where allowed by law, and guests remain responsible for any damage or extra cleaning caused by an animal.
Yes. Off-street parking is available for up to two vehicles. Please park only in the designated parking area near the EV charger.
No other part of the driveway may be used for parking.
Yes, a cleaning fee applies to every reservation. The exact amount is provided during the booking process.
If you cancel, the cleaning fee is refundable depending on the cancellation timeline and whether vendor commitments can be canceled.
Everything in the home is included with your stay at no extra charge: ocean views, two king bedrooms each with a private bath, a full gourmet kitchen with Nespresso, Breville toaster oven, Ninja blender, and Smeg kettle, high-speed WiFi (~300 Mbps), smart TVs, 4 luxury robes, quality linens, and hotel-quality toiletries. Outdoors: dining for 6, propane grill, Ooni pizza oven, foosball and ping pong tables, landscaped private garden, and an outdoor living room with sun shades.
Beach gear including boogie boards are provided.
Premium add-ons such as Pool & Hot Tub ($275/day), EV Charger ($75/day), and Laundry Service (price upon request) can be added to your booking.
We also offer curated experience packages including Spa Reset, Wine Night In, Romantic Arrival, Chef’s Table, and Family Fun Weekend.

You may request early check-in or late check-out at least 48 hours before arrival. Fees apply if approved.
Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, cannabis, and any substance that can be smoked or vaporized.
This is a material term of every booking. Violations may result in immediate termination of the stay with no refund, plus remediation charges.
Yes. The home accommodates up to six guests and is located close to Legoland in Carlsbad.
We also offer a Family Fun Weekend package ($95–$295) that includes a kids welcome basket with snacks, toys, and a coloring kit, plus a high chair, stroller, changing table, and pack-and-play setup.

For short stays (30 nights or less):
- Cancel 30+ days before check-in for a 90% rent refund.
- Cancel 14–29 days out for 50%.
- Cancel 7–13 days out for 25%.
- Cancel within 6 days and no rent is refunded. Cleaning fees and unused add-ons are refunded at all tiers when possible.
California residents may also cancel for free within 24 hours of confirmation if the booking was made at least 72 hours before check-in.

The property accommodates a maximum of six overnight guests. No day visitors or drop-ins are permitted.
