Cancellations and changes for short stays

Short stays are stays of 30 nights or less.

We understand plans change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent.

California 24-Hour Window

Reservations made at least 72 hours before check-in may be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of booking confirmation.

Standard Cancellation Schedule

• 30+ days before check-in: 90% rent refund
• 14–29 days before check-in: 50% rent refund
• 7–13 days before check-in: 25% rent refund
• Less than 7 days: no rent refund
• Cleaning fees and unused add-ons are refunded at every tier.

Rebooking Credit

If we’re able to rebook your canceled dates, we may issue an additional refund for the nights filled.

Refund Processing

All refunds are returned to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

International transactions may require additional processing time depending on your financial institution.
